Q. How much does postage cost?

A. We use Royal Mail Second Class signed for, costing £4.20 for up to 2kg within the UK. Over 2kg is calculated at checkout. If you require 1st Class post that can be arranged,

Q. How long will I have to wait for my order?

A. Orders are usually dispatched within 4-10 days. Order confirmation is sent when your order is placed and a further notification when your order has been posted.

Q. Can I commission an item?

A. Yes, we are happy to discuss your requests. If there a specific colour, decoration or size you would like then please get in touch and we will do our best to help.

Q. Whats you're return policy?

A. Foxy Pots are handmade and as such each one will be unique. During the process of making the products characteristics such as air bubbles and uneven surfaces may occur. We do not see these as defects, we see them as adding texture and interest to the item. These characteristics are due to the concrete mix and cannot be avoided. Unless they affect the quality and function of the item, they are not defects.

We do our best to represent the item with individual photos and descriptions, so please do contact us prior to purchasing if you have any concerns.

Therefore our policy is to only exchange or refund if the product is defective or damaged.

Q. My Foxy Pot has arrived but it is damaged, what do I do next?

A. If your item has arrived damaged, please send a photo in it's original packaging and we will get a replacement sent to you asap.
